Summary of works:

- Supply and install trellis and shiplap panel sections

- Strengthen existing and fix new fence posts to wall with frame fixings

Additional miscellaneous

- Remove damaged plasterboard and supply new

- Fix noggins in place to carry plasterboard

- Fix replacement plasterboard in place

- Cut back plaster surround and cover joints with scrim tape

- Supply and replace valve cartridge in kitchen mixer tap

- Skim and rehang front door to ensure correct closure + prime edges

- Reposition Balham locks, hinge bolts and keeps to ensure correct    

  alignment
