To supply and install study flooring

Summary of works:

- Remove Gripperod and transition door thresholds

- Prepare and clean screed surface

- Lay DPM underlay

- Lay flooring boards and fit skirting trim

- Fit door thresholds

- Skim doors to clear thresholds
